Thank you for shopping with Amelia Hikes. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, if you are not satisfied, we offer a return and refund policy under the terms outlined below.

1. Return and Refund Eligibility

You may return items purchased from Amelia Hikes within 30 days of receiving your order. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when it was shipped. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Unfortunately, we do not accept returns for items that have been used, damaged, or are no longer in their original condition.

2. How to Return Items

To initiate a return, please contact us via email at [email protected] with your order number and details of the items you wish to return. Once we receive your return request, we will provide you with instructions on how to send back your item. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item was defective or damaged upon arrival.

3. Processing Time for Returns

After we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your return or refund within 7-10 business days. If your return is approved, a refund will be issued to the original payment method you used for the purchase. Since we only offer cash-on-delivery as a payment option, refunds will be processed via cash.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item is damaged or defective upon arrival, please notify us within 7 days of receiving the product. We will provide a return label at no charge and either replace the item or offer a full refund. We request that you send photos of the damage or defect along with your return request to help expedite the process.

5. Non-Returnable Items

Some items are non-returnable, including:

  • Gift cards
  • Items on sale or clearance
  • Personalized or custom-made products

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund within 10 business days after we’ve processed it, please first check with your bank or payment provider. There may be delays beyond our control. If you still haven’t received it, please contact us at [email protected].

7. Exchange Policy

At this time, Amelia Hikes does not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, you will need to return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the replacement item.
